Overview
Password Manager Secure (“the App”) is provided by Decentr.net (“Decentr.net,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We built the App to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, track, share, sell, or otherwise process any personal data from your use of the App.

Personal identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone number)
Passwords, vault contents, or any information you enter into the App
Usage analytics, behavior tracking, or crash/diagnostic data
Device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, or advertising IDs
Cookies or similar tracking technologies
On-device data and permissions

All data you add to the App is stored locally on your device and remains under your control.
The App may request system permissions (e.g., biometric authentication, secure storage, autofill/clipboard access) solely to perform functions on-device. Granting these permissions does not transmit data to us.
We do not operate any servers for the App, and the App does not send your data to Decentr.net.
Third parties and app stores

We do not integrate third-party SDKs or analytics in the App.
Platform providers (e.g., Apple, Google) and your device’s operating system may process data independently (for example, app store transactions, optional crash reporting, or device/cloud backups). Such processing is governed by their respective privacy policies, not ours.
If you enable device or cloud backups, your App data may be included in those backups. We do not have access to those backups.
Communications you initiate

If you choose to contact us (e.g., for support), we will receive the information you voluntarily provide and use it only to respond to your request. We delete such information when it is no longer needed for that purpose.
Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has provided us information via a support request, please contact us so we can delete it.
Data security and your responsibilities

The App is designed so that your data remains on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, choosing strong credentials, maintaining backups as you see fit, and keeping your operating system up to date.
We cannot recover your master password or access your vault.
Your privacy rights

Because we do not collect or process personal data from App usage, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or transfer. If you contact us and provide personal information, you may request its deletion at any time.
International transfers

We do not transfer your App data internationally because we do not collect it.
Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. We will update the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, note changes in release notes.
